DAO and Governance

Governance is a cornerstone of our platform’s long-term sustainability and community involvement. We implement decentralized governance through an On-Chain Autonomous Organization (OAO) deployed on the ORA network.

Governance Structure

Token holders will form the governance body, enabling community-led proposals, decision-making, and oversight of the AI agent’s behavior, gameplay rules, and platform upgrades.

Voting Rights & Proposal System

Participants can submit improvement proposals, vote on updates, and determine parameters such as:

• Game logic modifications

• Leverage thresholds and reward ratios

• AI behavior transparency rules

• Staking mechanics and reward distribution

All proposals will be executed through smart contracts, ensuring trustless implementation.
